Join Oklahoma’s Leading Statewide Drone Operations Network
At Oklahoma Drone Recovery Company, we’re building more than a team of drone pilots—we’re building a statewide network of professionals dedicated to serving Oklahoma through innovation, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Whether it’s helping a hunter recover a once-in-a-lifetime buck, locating valuable livestock for a rancher, conducting aerial inspections for businesses, or assisting with search and rescue operations, every mission has a purpose. If you’re passionate about aviation, the outdoors, and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Meaningful Work
Every flight has an impact. Our pilots help hunters ethically recover game, assist ranchers with livestock recovery, support businesses with aerial solutions, and provide assistance during search and rescue operations.
Flexible Opportunities
Most of our pilots maintain full-time careers while flying for ODRC. Accept missions based on your availability and become part of a growing statewide network.

From standardized operating procedures to ongoing guidance and training, our team is committed to helping every pilot succeed while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Exclusive Pilot Benefits
ODRC pilots enjoy access to preferred pricing, ambassador opportunities, and professional relationships with many of the outdoor industry’s most respected brands. As our organization continues to grow, so do the benefits available to our team.
